“The previously seen hypermetabolism of metastatic disease to the left L4 transverse process appears to have decreased, SUV 4.0 before showing more focal intense areas of hypermetabolism with previous SUV of up to 6.1. Morphologically, there appears to have been mild progression of sclerotic changes that may be indicative of healing. Similarly, a lesion of L3 on the right appears to be less intense, SUV 4.4 before 8.0. A left sacral ala hypermetabolic lesion is now only faintly discernible. Previously seen subtle site of hypermetabolism at T10 has resolved. Previously seen uptake along the proximal left femur has resolved. There are no definite new focal hypermetabolic bone lesions. The overall changes are felt to represent improvement of disease.”
