One of my coworkers calls me My Little Pony. She claims she practically sees rainbows & glitter when I walk by. I am blessed that joy and lightness come naturally to me. So does a little bit of love for the positively absurd… like rainbow farting unicorns.

I’m starting this blog as a way to keep loved ones informed as I battle breast cancer. However, breast cancer is just a part of my life. It doesn’t get to define me or take over my whole life. If I have to talk all breast cancer all the time, I’ll be going from MD Anderson to Menninger Clinic faster than the speed of light! So, walk with me on this journey, cry with me sometimes, but please, please, please for the love of all things holy, enjoy the silly with me, celebrate the excellent, and focus on the positive!
